Leadership module 2

Initial situation:
A known railway manufacturer’s training program seeks multiple modules. For module 2, the manufacturer was searching for a provider that could combine both theory and practice. Topics of the training are difficult situations of dialog and negotiation.

Implementation:
Managers and project leaders train their dialogs in practical exercises together with the Skillsgarden team. The concept is complemented by videos taken especially for the company. The videos show original statements of employees to which leaders are supposed to react appropriately in an exercise involving an actor. This situation allows for a direct implementation training of new behavior patterns within a dialog.

Result:
After a pilot training and minor adjustments, 5 trainings have been realized to date, with more following until a total of approximately 250 managers and project leaders have been trained.
